Are your leather goods handmade?
Yes. Every item at Tanné & Co. is handcrafted with care, from cutting and tooling to stitching and finishing.
What kind of leather do you use?
We primarily use high-quality vegetable-tanned and chrome-tanned leather, depending on the product. Our leather is carefully selected for durability, beauty, and finish.
Do you offer one-of-a-kind items?
Yes. We have a section called The Tanné Originals that showcases unique, ready-made artisan pieces—each one crafted in the moment and never replicated.
What’s the difference between your Crafted Classics and the Crafted Originals Collection?
Our Crafted Classics offer practical, minimalist designs made for everyday use in the basic three colors tan, brown and black. The Crafted Originals feature the artisan’s custom original creations.
CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION
Absolutely. You can choose custom options such as dye color, stitching, edge finish, and stamping. For custom artwork, a design processing fee may apply.
You will select a base product model, then add your custom options. If your request includes an original design or image, we’ll guide you through the artwork transfer process. Click here to start customizing your project.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
Made-to-order items: Typically ready within 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.
Custom designs: Processing time varies. We’ll provide an estimate upon order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
CARE & MAINTENANCE

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. For long-term repairs or issues, reach out—we’re always happy to help.

Can I visit your workshop or buy in person?
We currently operate online only, but we occasionally attend local markets and events. Follow us on social media to see us behind-the-scenes in our workshops and stay updated!
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
