Tanné & Co's Shipping Policy 

Processing Time 

All orders are handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipping. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days. During busy seasons or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take a little longer — if so, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 We currently ship from Saint-Basile-le-Grand, QC, Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and Purolator. Approximate shipping times (after dispatch) are as follows:

Canada

• Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days 

• Rest of Canada: 5–9 business days  

Canada flat-rate tiers are: 

      • Orders under $100 CAD → $14.99 CAD 

      • Orders $100 – $149.99 CAD → $7.50 CAD

      • Orders $150 CAD and up → Free Shipping 

United States

• United States: 7–14 business days

U.S. flat-rate tiers are: 

      • Orders under $100 CAD → $17.99 CAD

      • Orders $100 – $199.99 CAD → $8.99 CAD

       • Orders $200 CAD and up → Free Shipping 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door

Packaging

Each order is packed with care using protective, eco-friendly materials that reflect the craftsmanship behind every Tanné & Co. piece.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only. International options may be added in the future. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@tanneco.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when checking out. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
